The video is filmed using a smartphone and starts with the person shooting it walking towards a speed camera van.

The van is parked on a grass verge, clearly catching speeding cars coming towards it.

The camera person walks towards the rear of the van and around to the rear doors.

They then shout “OI” loudly and whip around to show a police officer sat inside behind the speed camera.

The shout scares the life out of the police officer who visibly jumps.

The person filming then says “can’t you work from home,” referring to the fact this video was shot during one of the Covid-19 lockdowns.

The police officer says: “would you mind not doing that, please,” before reaching for his own smaller camera to his side.

He then starts filming what’s going on himself, before the person with the smartphone decides its probably time to get going.
