CARL Woods’ Mercedes was today slapped with a parking ticket after his fiancee Katie Price pleaded guilty to sending a “gutter sl*g” text.
Katie, 43, breached a restraining order after sharing the “vile and nasty” message aimed at Michelle Penticost.
But Carl today got into trouble of his own, as he appeared to have received a ticket on his G Wagon.
Pics show a fixed penalty notice left under the windshield as he sat in Lewes Crown Court supporting his glamour model girlfriend.
Snaps show the moment he realised he would have to fork out £50 on the fine, wearing a bright, multi-coloured jacket.
Back in January UK Times revealed Carl picked Katie up in an apparently untaxed car after she was questioned by cops over the abusive texts.
Carl drove her from the car park of Worthing police station on Saturday in a black Mercedes — but the annual vehicle excise duty did not appear to have been paid.
Katie today admitted her charge at Lewes Crown Court in a huge U-turn after previously denying it at magistrates court.
Katie elected for a crown court trial that would have meant a higher sentence and jury trial when she appeared at Crawley Magistrates’ Court last month.
She faces a maximum sentence of five years in jail when she returns for sentencing on June 24.
Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: “Clearly you have accepted responsibility for an offence and pleaded guilty while you were on a suspended sentence which means you are at risk of going to prison.
“I will need to know the relevant parts of the background to consider what the appropriate sentence should be.
“Don’t be under any illusions, you run the risk of receiving an immediate custodial sentence.”
The reality star spent 12 hours in police custody after being arrested at her mucky mansion in January.
The ex-glamour model messaged Kieran: “Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.
“She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try to antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.”
Katie is already on a 16-week suspended sentence for drink driving after she flipped her BMW in a horror smash in September.
A person can be recalled to prison for the length of their suspended sentence if they were to breach the terms of their licence.
Usually a court will focus on the new crime that has been committed when sentencing and take the original term into consideration as an aggravating feature.
In this case, Katie could be jailed for five years with the 16 weeks running concurrently or potentially on top of the main sentence.
Katie was slapped with the five-year order in 2019 after she called Michelle a “f***ing c***” during a tirade at the school gates.
She was forbidden from contacting Michelle “directly or indirectly”.
The charge is the latest twist in the troubled star’s turbulent life.
She was recently charged with speeding in her BMW on a 60mph road and will appear in court for that offence in July.
In December, Katie avoided jail for flipping her car in a drink-drive crash.
Katie was driving to see a pal because she was “lonely” when she overturned her BMW in Horsham, West Sussex, in September.
A judge slammed her for believing she is “above the law” but couldn’t send her to prison because of a legal loophole.
The judge also said Price, who has six previous driving convictions, had “one of the worst driving records I have ever seen”.
She has been in court on at least 16 occasions for her driving offences but has never once been to jail.
Katie and Kieran wed in January 2013 and share two children, Bunny, 5, and six-year-old Jett.
They split in early 2018 following numerous allegations of cheating.
Kieran is now engaged to Michelle and they share a baby son called Apollo.
